Fin press lines
Fin press lines(Fin lines) are ideal facilities for producing fins of evaporator and condenser. When it is collocated with corresponding fin dies(fin die), it can finish following action of uncoil, feed, oil filter, punch, suck and collect, automatically and continuously to get good fins. Our fin press can punch from 150 to 300 times per minute and make 2 or 4 progress at one time. It has high precision, high efficiency and intellectualized characteristics. The fin press was certified by national corresponding organization, every parameter conforms to the international standard.

First, the structure adopts four-column double point. Upper beam and slide block can be promoted in a large range by four cylinders. Thus it is convenient to change sub-dies and make some tooling maintenance. And the cylinders also have the function of hydraulic overload protection
Second, about application mechanism of main-shaft, we change traditional type “crankshaft connecting rod” to “crankshaft slide” structure, so it not only improves rigidity, but also enhances eccentric load capability in this direction as far distance between two application points. And we change “single roller guide” to “double roller guides” in back and forth direction of slide, then the precision is good due to long distance between roller guides.
Third, main parts such as bottom stand ，upper beam ，slide etc are all precision casting and formed by fluid state sand. So it has the character of anti-vibration, anti-distortion, besides, it can keep high precision for a long period of time.
Fourth, install eccentric covers at both sides of main-shaft, assembled with clump weight to avoid imbalance.
Fifth, several balancing springs are installed on upper beam to balance weight of slide parts and upper mold, and improve precision though adjusting bolts.
Sixth, control system includes PLC programmed controller, coder and PT human- machine interface.
Seventh, transducer control main motor, and travel time is step-less adjusted.
The last point, safety laser protectors are on both sides of Fin lines to protect operator.
As far as uncoiler, there are single station or 2-station for your choice.
Suction unit include plate stripper to collect stably.
Collector unit have 3 models, double slide station, double rotary station and 3 rotary stations.
Manual or auto collector equipment is for your choice.
Expander is designed to push a "bullet" through the tube of fin type. All tubes are expanded at the same time to get for higher heat-exchange efficiency. And it can finish expanding, flaring and folding edge in one cycle.
Vertical expander has 3 door models, the first one with rotary door that is easy to load or unload coil, second one with 2 work-stations that save working time and promote working efficiency, and the third one with overturn door that used for long coil.
Vertical expander has an advantage in saving place. The maximum coil length is 3 meter. If coil length more than 3 meter, you can choose horizontal expander.
If the coil quantity is small or coil is very long, you can choose portable tube expander.
It is composed of expanding body, flaring device, hydraulic unit, electric control box, column rack and balancer，which expanding and flare is by manual.
The coil load type Hairpin Bender consists of four different sections; the Bender, the Coil Feeder, Cutoff and the Coil Stand. This machine is capable of uncoiling coils of copper tubing positioned on the Coil stand, then feeds the tube through straightening rolls on the Coil Feeder and into the Bender. Once the tubing is fed to an exact location, it is clamped, cutoff and bend 180 degrees into a hairpin shape. Then the hairpin is stripped out of the bender into some collector. This equipment is used for mass production of hairpin bend automatically. It can bend 6 or 7 pieces at a time. Automatic cycle time is not more than 12 seconds which testing on 1 meter tube.
Semi-automatic Hairpin bender
The machine is run mainly by hydraulic pressure, load and unload tube manually. Processes are as following, load manually, clamp, oil spray up-bend, mandrel withdraw, loose, unload.
CNC UNIVERSAL TUBE BENDER
It bends straight metal tubes into three-dimension type which you want through making programs on PT human- machine interface. It runs smoothly and efficiently. Maximum tube diameter for bending is 50mm. This machine is fit for autocar and air conditioner industries.
It is a special machine which can bend copper tube into U shape. The machine can finish feeding, clamping, bending, cutting and unload automatically and continuously.
We have two models. One is bending vertically which can bend 5 tubes at same time. The speed is 12 cycles in 1 minute. The other is bending horizontally which can bend 3 tubes at same time. The speed is 7 cycles in 1 minute.
Straightening &Cutting machine
With straightening & cutting machine, the coiled tube could be uncoiled, measured, cut-to-length and collected automatically. We have 3 models, which cut 2 tubes, 4 tubes or 6 tubes respectively at a time.
The machine is driven by air and hydraulic pressure and runs stably. The tube is straighten first, then cut and pull off. Cutting mouth is smooth without obvious bur and shrinkage rate is less than 5 percents.
It is easy to change cutter, die and straight wheels. It only takes 30 minutes to change another tooling, so it promotes working efficiency.
Heat preservation tube cutting machine
This machine is designed to straighten and cut copper tube, then install copper tube into heat preservation tube automatically
Ring loading machine
It is used to automatically and continuously insert solder rings to U bends. The speed is variable to 80 cycles per minute.
Sizing and ring loading machine
This machine is designed to size return bend legs and deburr first, then assemble a solder ring onto each leg. The speed is variable to 60 cycles per minute.
It produces various coil shapes by placing bends in a coil. The angle of bend and the number of bends determines this shape.。
We have 2 models, including cantilever type which bends coil with width within 1100mm and column type which bends coil with width beyond 1100mm.

Normally, Bending rows are among 1 to 3 rows, Bending angles are among 0 to 105 degrees, set and showed on counter of controller. And bending radius is according to sales contract. The machine can bend coil into L shape, U shape and G shape.
Automatic welding machine
This equipment is mainly used to weld U bends with brazing ring to coil. You can use LPG or natural gas with oxygen or compress air to automatically braze.
U bend cleaning machine
This machine can remove the burrs, clean the oil and dry for U bend. It uses small hardened steel ball and industrial depurative to remove the sharp edges, burrs and oil through vibration and rubbing without environmental pollution. It can process at least 70 pieces per minute.
Pipe end shaping machine
This machine can process the end of tube into the pointed shape through enlarge or shrink the end of tube. During the course of loading and clamping, the machine can punch several times to process the pipe end to the pointed shape.
